Day 1: Vegan

Today I woke up with an understanding that for the next 30 days, I will be a practicing Vegan.


Breakfast: 1 glass filtered water
                   1 Pink Grapefruit

Interval: 1 bottle filtered water


Lunch: 1 bowl Imagine, Organic creamy butternut squash soup
              1/2 Red peper
              1.5 Tb spoon Tao, Nut Cheese raw vegan organic

Interval: Applesnax, unsweetened apple sauce

Ingredients: 
Imagine, Organic Creamy butternut squash soup: Water, Organic butternut squash, organic onions, organic rice syrup, organic safflower oil and/or sunflower oil and/or canola oil, organic rice flour, sea salt, organic spice.

Tao, Nut Cheese raw vegan Organic: soaked almonds, cashews, pine nuts, lemon juice, celery, onions, dill, garlic, himalayan salt, ground peppercorn and seasonings.

Applesnax, Unsweetened apple sauce: Apples, Ascorbic Acid.

Facts of the day: 

  1. Ascorbic Acid - Is Vitamin C, made from corn or sago palm. 
  2. Organic Rice Syrup - a mild sweetener made from whole grain corn.
